One more search enhancement with Google instant search
Not so long ago Google launched one specific search tool called Google instant. With this enhancement search process is done much faster with more accurate results than in previous Google search variants. Previously, the search was done in almost the same searching style – typing the keyword phrase and hitting enter. After a few seconds Google servers would display the search results on a browser. So what’s changed?
First of all, Google instant search saves from 2 to 5 seconds to search for any term than before. The neat “search-before-you-type” feature makes a super quick analysis on what has been typed already, predicts the most likely completion and streams results in real-time based on those predictions. Thus, a user is presented a smarter and faster search which is more interactive, predictive and faster.
A few core features in Google Instant:
Dynamic Results – Google instantaneously displays relevant search results as you type so you can quickly interact and click on the URL you need.
Predictions – One of the key technologies of Google Instant is predicting the rest of a query (in light gray text) before finishing typing. Found what you need? Stop typing, look down and select what looks best for you.
Scroll to search – You can also scroll through predictions and check results instantly using the down arrow on the keyboard.
